I’m a holistic full-spectrum birthkeeper (a mix between a doula and midwife) and homeopath.

I support couples who are dreaming of parenthood, guide women through empowered pregnancies and births, and walk with them into the raw, beautiful journey of postpartum and motherhood.

My approach blends homeopathy, birthkeeping, hypnobirthing, and prenatal yoga — creating gentle, full-circle support that helps families feel confident, connected, and thriving in their own sovereign choices.

I have a special love for home birth and freebirth after trauma, though I honor and support all women in choosing what feels right for them.

My own path here grew out of healing childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and 15 years of anorexia. After a traumatic first birth and postpartum, I found deep healing and went on to have the most empowering, sovereign home birth with my second child through what is now my Birth Joy process that I teach others!

My experience, from trauma to triumph, lit a fire in me — and it’s now my soul’s work to help other women heal, be nurtured in birth, served fully, learn to trust themselves, and rediscover the power of birth and motherhood.

I believe birth is not just about bringing a baby earthside — it’s about the transformation of a woman stepping fully into her strength, her intuition, and her joy.
